Our Service

We are a part of Āwhina Society providing support (in the form of food parcels) to families and people in need in the Taupō  Community.

Getting Food Support

We offer a delivery service to your home or we can arrange a mutual meeting point Monday to Friday afternoons.

If you are working or in receipt of a benefit, please call Work & Income on 0800 559 009 to check if you are entitled to any food assistance first. 

You may also be entitled to accommodation or temporary additional support if you meet certain criteria.

Every year our Āwhina Angels help with our Christmas Appeal collecting, sorting & distributing wrapped presents to bless whānau in the region.
